Josh MoBerg 

PERSONAL TRAINER

With nearly two decades working as a personal trainer, I have a passion for helping people achieve their fitness goals.  

 

Utilizing strength training, nutrition, recovery, and lifestyle changes, we will develop a program to best meet your needs.  For competitive athletes, I also provide sports specific coaching and training.  

 

My qualifications include:

  • National Council of Strength and Fitness Certification 

  • Functional Movement Systems 1&2 Certification 

  • Holistic Lifestyle Coach Level 1 Certification 

  • B.S. in Dietetics (covering all aspects of nutrition)

  • Category 1 XC, DH, and Enduro Mountain Bike Racer
